Year 12 Wellbeing Incursion

Hi there,

As student support services, we have commenced the year with a program for Year 12 students. We aimed to address some concerns that students may experience during an essential year in their life. Our guest speakers addressed important topics such as sleep hygiene, time management and understanding stress. Students were engaged in this interactive program and understood the significant impacts on their body and how to overcome these concerns. Finally Year 12 students had a guest speaker who led an interactive session on Mindfulness, where students had a chance to understand and practice the skills they learned.
